San Diego Central Library

From the eighth
Floor, at the
Big library,
I can see
The pylons
From looming
Coronado
Bridge, off in
The distance.
A pidgeon
Feather wafts
Along and
Rests upon
The window
Ledge, outside.
This is what
Downtown means
To a poet.
